Entry requests must be
to Joanne by Saturday 3/28/2009
Participants will be
required to submit a statement of the actual weight lost with before and
after picture at the end of the 90 days.
Prizes for
1st, 2nd and 3rd
place.
All participants must
agree in writing to use the chocolate according to the existing
TruChocolate Weight
Loss
guidelines.
